TRAINING | TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

My teaching philosophy’s foundation comprises my cosmopolitan world viewpoint, practitioner-scholar expertise, andragogy, and leader-service leadership (LSL) approach toward education. I view myself more as a facilitator than a teacher or professor to assist individuals in growing their knowledge database and becoming a positive beacon to themselves, environment, and their learning communities. I work to create an engaging atmosphere that allows individuals to share ideas and mitigate educational risks that encourage learning and securing knowledge. My training, coaching sessions, and classes are unique communities incorporating different learning styles that produce cooperative learning content that maximizes the positive benefits of learning and education. I use the principles of andragogy: why and how, experience, self-concept, readiness, problem orientation, and intrinsic motivation to help individuals merge their practical experience with their current learning environment to produce exceptional knowledge and understanding of becoming subject matter professionals and experts in their studies.

The significant strengths of my training and teaching philosophy are my positive psy-chi (PPC), solution-generating mindset, dedicated hard work ethic, and Unique Extraordinary & Executive Leadership Skillset (UEELS) to overcome any learning challenges a student presents. Active learning is a true equalizer to overcoming societal roadblocks, disadvantages, and barriers, so I offer all curricula to accommodate the different learning styles, challenges, and strategies to overcome them. All individuals I’m guiding are designed for success, and it’s my job to advance their programming and not condition them for the Deadly Duo (defeat and failure). My philosophy is relative, meaning there’s always another level to climb. As I continue to be a facilitator of individuals’ learning, I continue to innovate and evolve as a leader, professor, and author.
